My Healing Journey

I am a Certified Foot Zoning & Energy Practitioner (Usui Reiki Practitioner, Empath, Clairvoyant, and Intuative Healer). I have always had a strong inner pull to learn all that I could about natural healing to further my own evolution and use my experience to help others with the support of the divine connection dedicated to empowering others on their journey. 

My healing has been encouraged  through my personal experiences with trauma. Just like every other human walking this planet, I have been knocked down more times than I had the strength to get back up. What I consider to be my “final fall” was back in August of 2016; I lost my 18 year old brother suddenly and tragically. The overwhelm of grief, anger, resentment, loneliness, backed me into a corner where I shut myself down completely,  

Pushing away the very energy that was able to connect me with what I’d lost, left me sitting in those incredibly debilitating emotions and spirals for months… (even years) on end. Giving my power to that negativity evolved into a stress riddled, emotionally taxed, shell of a body that I didn’t even feel was mine anymore. 

Looking back now, that “final fall” was the jump I needed to confidently spread my wings and take on the life purpose that I’d known was mine all along. Reiki Healing  and other forms of energy work helped me reconnect with not only my physical form, but those parts of myself that I thought I’d completely lost/shut down spiritually. I have been on a mission to offer that same healing space to others since.

During our time togeher, I will help you reconnect with and draw upon that same energy to facilitate true emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.  I am so passionate about what I do and am here to support as I continue to heal along side of you.
